Accreditation
In 2007, the College was first accredited by the National Accreditation Board to run Diploma in Basic Education
This accreditation has since been renewed thrice; 2010, 2013 and 2018.
The current accreditation given to FOSO College of Education expires in 2023
We are currently mandated to run Four-Year Bachelor of Education Degree programs

The College was established as a Teacher Training Institution to train teachers for the Basic School in Ghana.
